Food Indy is a 501c3 public health organization that focuses on health and wellness through podcasting and personal coaching. What started as individual curiosity grew into a platform that resonates with listeners seeking authentic conversations about wellness.

“For years, I struggled with my weight and the chaos of emotional eating, especially after turning 40 and facing increased life stress. My DoorDash habit was out of control, averaging over $1000 a month. I knew something needed to change, but it wasn't until I started working with Suzette and Food Indy that it truly clicked.

The biggest game-changer was the mindfulness component. Meeting regularly with Suzette as an accountability and awareness partner transformed my understanding of my relationship with food. What felt instinctive became tangible – I pinpointed the exact times and situations that triggered my emotional eating. I had even tried Noom before, and while I feel that platform is a good one, it was lacking the personal connection of just talking to another person. I've lost over 30 pounds and am well on my way to losing more. It didn't happen overnight, but it certainly happened. The best part about the program is it helped me to find these things on my own rather than having other ideals forced upon me.

Ultimately, love was found where there was already like; repetition replaced where there had already been bad habits; discipline replaced what had been culinary chaos. I plan, I cook, I clean, I win!
