Food Indy is home to the FAM (Food as Medicine) — a community led by Suzette Chaumette, MPH, the FAM Farmacist, rethinking how food heals, connects, and feeds us all, from the garden to the hospital to the kitchen table.

A PUBLIC HEALTH MISSION

Food Indy is a 501c3 public health organization that focuses on health and wellness through podcasting and personal coaching. What started as individual curiosity grew into a platform that resonates with listeners seeking authentic conversations about wellness.

“For years, I struggled with my weight and the chaos of emotional eating, especially after turning 40 and facing increased life stress. My DoorDash habit was out of control, averaging over $1000 a month. I knew something needed to change, but it wasn't until I started working with Suzette and Food Indy that it truly clicked.
